ProGnosis Biotech S.A., a fast-growing and innovative biotechnology company, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its team in Thessaloniki.
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with strategic thinking, leadership skills and strong experience in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, leading and implementing the company’s marketing strategy, in close collaboration with Management, Sales, internal departments and subsidiaries.
Experience or knowledge in biotechnology, diagnostics, food safety, healthcare or life sciences will be considered a strong advantage.
The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall marketing and communication strategy of ProGnosis Biotech.
This is a strategic and managerial role. You will lead the marketing team, report directly to Management and actively contribute to strengthening the company’s brand presence, commercial positioning and international visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Lead, organize and develop the marketing team.
- Collaborate with Management to define marketing goals, priorities and strategic direction.
- Develop B2B marketing initiatives for products in biotechnology, diagnostics and food safety.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing strategy and monitor the performance of key channels.
- Supervise content for the website, social media, newsletters, presentations, campaigns and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, internal departments and subsidiaries to support commercial and communication needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and growth opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all marketing materials.
- Participate in international projects, corporate activities, exhibitions and commercial initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
- Experience in B2B marketing and marketing strategy development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, content strategy and marketing performance.
- Experience in budget management and performance evaluation.
- Very good English language skills.
- Ability to collaborate with Management, Sales, internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinking, leadership ability, organizational skills and commercial mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience or knowledge in biotechnology, diagnostics, food safety, healthcare, life sciences or B2B technology products.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, productivity and marketing support.
- Experience in international projects or international markets.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
- Experience in exhibitions, product launches, CRM, SEO, analytics or email marketing.
- Ability to understand complex products and turn them into clear commercial messages.
