On the 4th of September ProGnosis Biotech ventured in South Africa for the 3rd African Symposium on Mycotoxicology, as a Gold Sponsor.
The 4-day Symposium, held in Stellenbosch by the African Society of Mycotoxicology (ASM) and MYTOX-SOUTH, gave us an opportunity to address the current issues in food and feed safety, inform about the latest testing methods for mycotoxins and share all the contemporary trends in food safety analysis.
