Junior Marketing Assistant
ProGnosis Biotech S.A., a dynamic and innovative biotechnology company, is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Assistant to join our expanding marketing team in Thessaloniki, Greece.
the role
As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of creative campaigns, market research, content creation, and administrative support. Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across various marketing activities, utilizing both digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns.
- Conduct data research and verification to support marketing strategies.
- Assist in planning and organizing global industry exhibitions and CSR initiatives.
- Content Creation & Presentations:
- Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communications.
- Create visual content using Canva for various marketing platforms.
- Produce and edit short videos for marketing and promotional activities.
- Create promotional materials and monitor stock to ensure availability.
- Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative support, ensuring efficient organization and scheduling & budget control.
- Manage marketing materials and assist in virtual and physical event preparations.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights.
- Assist in preparing analytical reports based on data gathered from various sources.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics or related fields.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability.
- Effective communication skills in English (additional languages considered a plus).
- Ability to conduct thorough research and verify data accurately.
