Inside Sales Representative
ProGnosis Biotech S.A., a growing and dynamic organization in the field of biotechnology, is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in Athens, Greece as an Inside Sales Representative (full-time). The successful candidate will be a key member of our sales team.

Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end communication and sales processes with the potential customers (the customer area depends on language skills), presenting them with product information.
- Understand client needs, collect customer information and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase products.
- Contact prospect clients by phone and email, build relationships with them and set up meetings at corresponding country market.
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge, participating in training and development programs.
Requirements
- Language skills: Native level in one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, French and advanced level in Greek or English.
- Experience in sales position.
- MS Office knowledge (with strong Excel skills).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Orientation towards achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Team player who collaborates well with others.
