1-Standard Histamine is quantitative ELISA test for the determination of histamine in fresh, canned and frozen seafood. Matrices include tuna, sardines, anchovy, bonito, mackerel, cod, marlin, bluefish, mahi-mahi and squid. Additionally, the kit is effective for fish-derived products like fish meal, salmon flour and squid flour. It utilizes only the first analyte-free standard (zero standard) and a downloadable, lot-specific, pre-calibrated curve.
