Placing an order / How to order

To open an account with ProGnosis Biotech Ltd, you should register online at www.prognosis-biotech.com and follow the ordering process. After, placing your order three emails will follow with the bellow order:

  1. A confirmation email will be send to your email account.

  2. Afterwards, a new confirmation email will be send containing a Proforma Invoice /Quote with the Shipping and Handling cost included which should be paid by a bank transfer.

  3. After confirmation of payment by our accountant department your order will be shipped and shipment information will be send to you by our forwarder.

Shipping

We ship our products worldwide as general rule using TNT, DHL or FedEx. Due to the complexity of the shipping procedure for each country the shipping cost is calculated after receiving customers order. In some rare occasions, after contacting the costumer via email or phone, Prognosis Biotech Ltd may cancel an order if the shipping conditions to the customer’s country are not certified with our quality standards.

Payment method

In general, the delivery time will be around 8-10 working days after confirmation of your payment. If there are significant deviations from the above time frame, we will contact you and inform you about the current delivery time of your order.

Delivery Times

Prognosis Biotech Ltd accepts payments done by direct bank transfer and the information of our bank account is send to the customer on the Proforma Invoice document.

The concept behind it is simple: a wire transfer is an online transfer of money from one bank account to another. The actual transfer is done by the bank, and neither the sender nor the recipient of the money sees or touches the actual funds during the process. Bank wire transfers are often the most efficient and speedy method for transferring funds between bank accounts, and have virtually no geographic limitations. A bank wire transfer can be done to international bank accounts (with a certain transaction fee) from a particular account to another.

Note: that when placing a bank remittance, please have in mind to cover all bank service fee. All bank remittances fees are on behalf of the customer, which means that all the transaction expenses are fully payable by the customer and it is an obligation of the customer to transfer all the payable amount to our bank account. This will ensure that ProGnosis Biotech Ltd will receive your full payment and will help you avoid monetary loss caused by refunds or disputes. 

If you have not received a confirmation email, stating that the status of your order has changed to “paid ” seven days after you have done the payment , please contact us supports@www.prognosis-biotech.com

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case by case basis, please contact us to coordinate a refund or cancellation.
